The National Players Are Back at the SFC Training Centre


The Selangor FC training camp are back in full swing and has become livelier since the return of national players from Round 2 of the 2026 World Cup/2027 Asian Cup Qualifiers.

After the match on the 26th of March, Selangor FC players Faisal Halim and Sharul Nazeem (Malaysia), Safuwan Baharudin (Singapore), Noor Al-Rawabdeh (Jordan) and Umarbek Eshmurodov (Uzbekistan) were given leave before returning to the SFC Training Centre on March 29.

Meanwhile, three more young Red Giants players, Mukhairi Ajmal, Nooa Laine, and Harith Haiqal, who have joined the Harimau Malaya squad, are right now continuing their journey with the Malaysian under-23 in preparation for the U23 Asian Cup 2024, which will be held in Qatar from the 15th of April till the 3rd of May.

At the same time, the Selangor FC squad will continue to train with the available players, as well as some additional Red Giants U23 players, before the rest of the players that will be playing at the U23 Asian Cup tournament returns.
